Loren has been teaching Dance, Pilates, Yoga and several different fitness styles for over a decade. He's extremely passionate about movement, wellness, health, happiness and everyone feeling the absolute best that they can - all the time! He created Hawks Hot Pilates as a means to spread and share this effective, life-changing practice for everyone.
