Loren serves as Senior Staff member for The Ivy Standard Yoga Institute and has helped lead and facilitate their past three incredibly successful Yoga Intensive Teacher Training programs.

With Loren's countless hours of teaching, teaching teachers how to teach, and his passion for unlocking the unlimited potential inside of his students, Loren knew it was time to make his incredibly popular Hot Pilates Method accessible to everyone and thus Hawks Hot Pilates was born! Loren’s goal is to help all his Students and all the Teachers he teaches to Soar to incredible new levels and become the best, most shining and beautiful version of themselves.
