Loren Lamont Hawks
HHP Program Director and Senior Pilates Teacher
Loren Lamont Hawks is an energetic and motivational teacher who loves sharing his passion for life, happiness, fitness and all things health and wellness with everyone he meets.
Loren attended Brigham Young University for his Undergraduate Education and The Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music for his Masters Degree in the Performing Arts. As a Singer, Dancer, Actor, and Dynamic Performer he has performed professionally all over the world both nationally and internationally.
In addition to his professional performing credits, Loren decided to expand his education and knowledge base and attended Bikram’s Yoga College of India where he received his 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, fulfilling his decade long dream of becoming a Yoga instructor so he could share the healing benefits of therapeutic movement with the world. Shortly thereafter he received several more Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness Certifications allowing him to further his education and better serve his students.
Loren believes that learning and growth is a Life Long process that is never ending and that we always have somewhere more that we can expand to and something more that we can learn and achieve. Currently, he studies with Brandy Lyn Burkman, International Yoga Champion and Program Director for The Ivy Standard Yoga Institute. Loren serves as Senior Staff member for The Ivy Standard Yoga Institute and has helped lead and facilitate their past three incredibly successful Yoga Intensive Teacher Training programs.
With Loren's countless hours of teaching, teaching teachers how to teach, and his passion for unlocking the unlimited potential inside of his students, Loren knew it was time to make his incredibly popular Hot Pilates Method accessible to everyone and thus Hawks Hot Pilates was born! Loren’s goal is to help all his Students and all the Teachers he teaches to Soar to incredible new levels and become the best, most shining and beautiful version of themselves.
